Buying our Parmigiano Reggiano cheese online, directly from our own production, is very simple: you can use the shopping cart on our website or send us an email. We will follow you step by step with phone support for any questions or clarifications (Francesco is always available at +39 338 3568800).
Shipments are always made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid delays caused by holidays; we are usually able to process orders within one week of receipt. An online tracking system allows you to monitor your shipment in real time and avoid delivery issues. The courier guarantees delivery throughout Italy within 48 hours from the pickup date at our facility (except for remote or hard-to-reach locations).
Cash on delivery payments are accepted up to a maximum amount of 500 euros; for higher amounts, we kindly ask for advance payment by bank transfer or credit card.
We do not accept payments by cheque.
