Important Information:

All our products may have slightly different sizes from those indicated at the time of purchase, as it is not possible to determine their weight mechanically. In case of substantial differences, they will be compensated with products of equal value.

Shipping and delivery.
The ordered goods, carefully packed, are entrusted to the DHL express courier, which guarantees delivery throughout Italy within two working days from the shipping date.
During the summer heat, we ship our products in thermal boxes with synthetic ice to protect them during transport.
Shipping rates, divided by weight brackets, are as follows:

from 0 to 8 kg: €8.90;
from 9 to 18 kg: €9.80;
from 19 to 28 kg: €13.20;
from 29 to 48 kg: €17.40;
from 49 to 95 kg: €27.80;
from 96 to 145 kg: €40.80;
from 146 to 195 kg: €54.00;
from 196 to 245 kg: €67.00;
from 246 to 295 kg: €80.00;

Cash on delivery service: €4.50.
For orders over €500, cash on delivery is not accepted.

Payments can be made in three ways:

- Cash on delivery up to €600

For bank transfers, we will ship the order once the bank confirms receipt of payment.

Breakages and tampering:
In the event of anomalies or damage upon delivery, the customer must refuse the package or note the issue (“accepted with reservation”).
CASEIFICIO SOCIALE SAN SALVATORE undertakes to replace and resend the damaged product at its own expense under the “satisfied or refunded” policy.

Withdrawal conditions and timing:
According to Legislative Decree 185/99, notification must be sent by registered mail within 15 working days from the receipt of the goods. This communication may also be sent in advance by fax or email, provided it is confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours.

Return conditions and timing:
According to Legislative Decree 185/99, the return must take place within 15 working days from receipt of the goods.

Refund conditions and timing:
The refund will be made within 30 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The only costs borne by the customer are those related to returning the product.

Invoicing:
The invoice will be issued in electronic format and can be downloaded from your online tax account. If not included in the package, it will be sent by email upon request.

Warranty:
CASEIFICIO SOCIALE SAN SALVATORE provides a full warranty for products that arrive damaged or unsuitable for consumption.
